Command 600

The Command 600 is the largest machine in the Command series with processing rates of up to 270kg (600lbs) of aluminium per hour and over 685kg (1,510lbs) of steel per hour. High compaction ratios and low moisture content is maintained across all briquettes throughout the process

This machine has been designed specifically for large machine shops and metal recycling plants, to work in tough environments and operation continuously and autonomously. It’s highly efficient and reliable and utilises a design which draws on over sixty years of experience in manufacturing technology. The Command 600 will turn your scrap metal into valuable briquettes and allows the recovery of previously lost cutting fluids and coolant which in turn reduce coolant costs and allow you boost your company’s environmental credentials.

Our machine is driven by a powerful 60HP motor combined with a 12” compaction cylinder bore to guarantee consistent production of dry, compact briquettes. The machine is operated through a large 10” touch screen through which the operator can access the machine status, output rates, and online diagnostics.
